在这个夏天落幕的2025年全国青少年飞镖锦标赛上，圣华紫竹双语学校飞镖队表现卓越，斩获多项大奖。唐浩程与苏莘然同学勇夺小学组混合双人赛冠军，唐浩程还同时摘得U12男子501减分赛亚军和高分赛季军，展现出非凡实力与全面素质。

At the 2025 National Youth Darts Championship, Shanghai Sunward Bilingual School excelled, with Tang Haocheng and Su Shenran winning the mixed doubles title. Tang also took second in U12 Boys’ 501 and third in the High Score event.

该项赛事是由国家体育总局社会体育指导中心、中国飞镖协会认证的全国性高水平竞赛，共吸引来自全国193支队伍、1078名运动员同场竞技，赛事规模与竞技水平创历届之最。在涵盖U10至U23六个年龄组的53个小项中，圣华小将沉着应战、发挥出色，尤其混合双人赛冠军队员唐浩程与苏莘然，凭借默契配合与强大心理素质，在关键时刻稳扎稳打，赢得裁判和观众的高度认可。

Certified by China’s General Administration of Sport and Darts Association, the tournament drew 193 teams and 1,078 athletes—a record high in both scale and competitiveness. Sunward students excelled with composure across 53 U10–U23 events. Mixed doubles champions Tang Haocheng and Su Shenran earned recognition for their synergy and mental strength.

“每一支飞镖的投掷，都是他们平日千百次训练的缩影。”带队教练吴霞老师难掩自豪地表示，“孩子们不仅展现出扎实的基本功，更体现了圣华学子专注、坚韧、合作的精神风貌。”

“Every throw reflects their repeated practice,” said coach Wu Xia. “They showed not only skill, but also the focus and resilience that characterize our students.”

优异成绩的背后，是学校系统性课程体系的强力支撑。自2021年获批“上海市飞镖训练基地”以来，学校将飞镖运动深度融入CCA课程，形成了一套集技能训练、心理建设、赛事实践于一体的培养机制。该课程不仅教授投掷技巧和比赛策略，更注重锤炼学生的专注力、抗压能力和情绪管理素养，使飞镖成为“体育育人”的重要载体。

These achievements are backed by the school’s structured CCA curriculum. Since becoming a Shanghai Darts Training Base in 2021, the school has embedded darts into the program, building a training system that integrates skill, mentality, and competitive experience. The course emphasizes focus, resilience, and emotional control, making darts a key part of holistic education.

吴霞教练鼓励孩子们：“飞镖犹如一个微缩的人生课堂。我们更看重的是孩子们从中学会如何面对压力、如何应对失败、如何持续调整和超越自我。”这一理念也赢得了家长的广泛认同。唐浩程家长在现场观赛时感慨：“孩子能在关键时刻迅速调整状态，这种成长远比奖牌更加珍贵。”

Coach Wu Xia noted: “Darts mirrors life. We care most about how kids learn to handle pressure, overcome failure, and constantly improve.” This view resonated with parents. As one observed live: “Seeing my child refocus under pressure meant more than any medal.”

获奖选手苏莘然在分享参赛体验时说：“这次比赛让我真正体会到团队合作的力量，这份荣誉将成为我继续前进的动力。”唐浩程则着眼于自省与提升：“比赛暴露了我的不足，也让我更清楚未来训练的重点。下一次，我要让更多的飞镖稳稳扎进红心！”

Su Shenran shared: “This competition showed me the power of teamwork—this honor motivates me to keep going.” Tang Haocheng added: “It revealed my weaknesses and clarified my focus. Next time, more darts will land in the red!”

圣华紫竹双语学校始终坚持“以学术为核心的全人教育”理念，依托200余门CCA课程实现多元育人目标。飞镖项目作为体育板块的重要部分，不仅助力学生在国家级赛事中屡创佳绩，更真正让运动成为陪伴他们成长、塑造优秀品格的良好习惯。

Shanghai Sunward Bilingual School upholds its “academic-focused whole-person education” vision, offering over 200 CCAs to support diversified student development. As a key sport in the program, darts has not only led to national successes but also helped instill discipline and character building through sports.

未来，学校将持续优化课程体系、拓展赛事平台，让更多学生在飞镖等特色体育项目中收获自信、健康与成长，为其终身发展奠定坚实基础。

Looking ahead, our school will further refine its curriculum and expand competitive opportunities, allowing more students to gain confidence, health, and growth through specialized sports like darts—laying a solid foundation for their lifelong development.
